As our stickers are made from adhesive vinyl, we encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, colours, sizing and design details before purchasing.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect selections or unwanted items.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Personalised & Custom Orders

Personalised and custom stickers are made specifically to your requested design.

Please carefully check your spelling, wording and design selections before placing your order, as we create your sticker using the details you provide.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or customer-provided spelling errors.

If your personalised item is faulty, damaged, or does not match the agreed design, please contact us so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us assess the problem.

We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to your original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
