Welcome to Pure Alignment. By accessing this website, purchasing a product, booking a service, or enrolling in a course, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Health & Participation Responsibility:
I voluntarily choose to participate in the services provided by Lauren Endean, trading as Pure Alignment, and understand that I do so of my own free will.
I understand that the therapies offered by Pure Alignment are complementary wellbeing services designed to support the body's natural ability to restore balance. These services are intended to complement, not replace, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment provided by a qualified healthcare professional.
I acknowledge that each person's experience is unique. Responses to treatment vary between individuals, and no specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed. Some people may experience temporary changes as their body integrates the session, while others may notice more subtle shifts over time.
I understand that supporting my wellbeing is an ongoing process and that meaningful change may take time, consistency and personal commitment.
I have chosen to proceed with treatment and accept responsibility for my own health and wellbeing. I agree to inform Lauren of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or changes to my health before each session.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I acknowledge that I participate in these sessions at my own discretion and agree that Pure Alignment and Lauren Endean will not be held liable for any loss, injury or expenses arising from my participation, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If I arrive late to my appointment, I understand that my session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients, and the full session fee will still apply.
Animal Healing Terms & Conditions
By booking an Animal Healing session with Pure Alignment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Animal Welfare: The wellbeing, comfort and safety of your animal will always be the highest priority. Sessions are guided by your animal's willingness to participate and may be modified or concluded if your animal shows signs of distress or discomfort.
Owner Responsibility: The owner or nominated handler is responsible for ensuring the animal is safely restrained and appropriately supervised throughout the session where required. Any known behavioural concerns, medical conditions or safety risks must be disclosed prior to the appointment.
Veterinary Care: Animal Healing sessions are intended to support your animal's overall wellbeing and are not a substitute for veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment. If your animal is unwell, injured or experiencing a medical emergency, please seek advice from your veterinarian.
Session Outcomes: Every animal is unique, and responses to Reiki and sound healing vary. No specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed.
Horses: For horse sessions, a safe working environment is required. Horses should be accustomed to being handled, and the owner or an experienced handler must be present throughout the session unless otherwise agreed.
Dogs & Companion Animals: Sessions are adapted to suit each animal's comfort level. If an animal becomes fearful, aggressive or highly distressed, the session may be paused or ended in the interest of everyone's safety.
Liability: By booking a session, you acknowledge that you remain responsible for your animal's behaviour at all times. Pure Alignment accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage arising from an animal's behaviour before, during or after the session, except where required by law.
Consent: By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are the owner of the animal or have the owner's permission to arrange the session and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Animal Participation
Every animal is treated with respect and has the freedom to choose whether they engage in a session. If, upon arrival, your animal chooses not to participate or the session cannot proceed due to behavioural, safety or welfare concerns, the full session fee will remain payable, as the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you.
Where appropriate, Distance Reiki is offered as an alternative, allowing your animal to receive support from a distance.
Right to Decline or Discontinue a Session: Pure Alignment reserves the right to decline, postpone or discontinue a session if the environment is considered unsafe, if an animal’s welfare may be compromised, or if the session is not considered appropriate at the time.
Cancellation Policy & Payments
All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. All bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Please note that all service fees are non-refundable and will be retained in cases of:
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice)
• Missed appointments (no-shows)
