Welcome to Create & Quote Studio. By browsing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. About Our Products
Create & Quote Studio creates vinyl affirmation stickers, mirror quote stickers and personalised designs intended to add a little inspiration to your everyday space.
Our products are made with care. As our stickers are made from adhesive vinyl, their appearance, adhesion and longevity may vary depending on the surface, application method and surrounding conditions.
We aim to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device's screen settings.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid for in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed.
Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase, including the product, colour, size and any personalised wording.
We reserve the right to contact you if there is an issue with your order or to cancel and refund an order where we are unable to fulfil it.
An order confirmation does not guarantee that an item can be supplied if an unexpected stock or production issue arises. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution.
3. Personalised & Custom Orders
We offer personalised quote stickers and custom designs made according to the details provided by the customer.
When placing a personalised order, you are responsible for checking your spelling, wording and other submitted details before completing your purchase.
Unless otherwise agreed, personalised mirror quote stickers are subject to the character limits, line limits, sizing guidelines and design options listed on the relevant product page.
Our signature font is used unless a different font has been agreed upon through a custom order.
Custom designs may require additional discussion, pricing or production time. We will confirm any additional costs with you before proceeding.
Once a personalised or custom design has entered production, changes may not be possible.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or customer-provided spelling errors. However, this does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if a product is faulty, does not match the agreed description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
4. Product Application & Care
Please follow the application instructions provided with your order.
For the best results, we recommend applying your sticker to a clean, dry, smooth surface that is suitable for adhesive vinyl.
Adhesion and durability may vary depending on the surface material, texture, temperature, moisture, cleaning products and application technique.
We recommend testing the suitability of the surface before application where appropriate.
Please take care when applying or removing stickers. Do not use sharp tools that may damage the surface, and follow any relevant product care instructions.
Create & Quote Studio is not responsible for damage caused by improper application, removal contrary to our instructions, unsuitable surfaces or failure to follow product care guidance, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within Australia only.
Processing times, shipping methods, applicable delivery charges and estimated delivery timeframes are outlined in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.
Processing times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays or unexpected production delays.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant postal or delivery service. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
If your order is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can assist in investigating the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in these terms excludes any responsibility we may have under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Our Refund & Returns Policy explains how we handle requests relating to change of mind, damaged items, faulty products and incorrect orders.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, except where required by law.
Nothing in our policies excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Pricing & Promotions
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), unless otherwise stated.
Prices and promotions may change without notice. Any price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where a correction or other change is legally permitted.
Promotional codes and discounts may be subject to specific conditions, including expiry dates, minimum spend requirements or product exclusions.
Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to completed purchases unless we agree otherwise.
8. Website Use
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to engage in activities that may compromise its security, interfere with its operation or infringe the rights of others.
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website information accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.
We may update website content, product descriptions and these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Create & Quote Studio is not responsible for loss or damage arising from misuse of our products, failure to follow application instructions, or use of a product on an unsuitable surface.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
Where permitted by law, any liability will be limited to the extent reasonably permitted under the circumstances.

We collect and use personal information as necessary to process orders, communicate with customers, arrange delivery and provide customer support.

14. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
